This is my second month with this service provider, I tend to struggle with internet connection on weekends

This is my second month with this service provider, I tend to struggle with internet connection on weekends. This is the third weekend in a row. I honestly can't be on the phone with the trying to fix connectivity issues. I am now sick of it
