This is LB JOUBERT

This is LB JOUBERT. Been on rain internet for 3 months. Had to port my old number from telkom to there service provider. Trying to get hold of them since I joined. Can't recieve calls on my phone. Been trying to get them to call me back via E mail. No reply. Also went to get a new SIM card from telkom yeaterday morning. To go back to telkom on my phone. So i can receive calls and make calls. When i rep**** for yhisvrain internet they told me all phones are compatible. Do not even know where thervoffices is in my area. West krugersdorp. As i need my phone number to be ported back to telkom. I had the same number for 30 years. And all they say is to phone therevsupport centre that does not answer there calls. What do i do. Very upset. I'm throwing money away as im a pensioner. Is there any waybi can get help?
