I signed up with rain, the understanding was that it was a prepaid service, you don't pay you don't get coverage.

I had called them to tell them I no longer need their services. After sometime I was told I am owing. I did not understand the debt but I as told I needed to pay for the sim card. The debt was finally handed over to debt collectors.(a very unprofessional company at that)

I paid the debt in full. To my surprise I am getting messages from rain that I have owing and i am overdue. What is this
