This is becoming a norm Rain

Once again I have the worst internet imaginable to mankind. This is honestly becoming a weekly problem.

Last time I spoke to a lady from your Hellopeter complaints department and she told me to move the router and face it to our nearest tower. Wonderful lady but I don't remember her name. This was done and tonight I am struggling with internet again. Will I be reimbursed for the shoddy internet I have had this month? No I won't.

The next time I have pathetic internet, you will receive my notice to cancel. I cannot continue with this service
