This is an amendment to my initial review

This is an amendment to my initial review. Getting set up with them was so simple and easy. But their service delivery when I was faced with a network related issue is poor. This is my 3rd day without internet access (a service I am paying for)... They don't provide feedback, you have to call in all the time to find out the status of your query. With a service provider like Vox for example, their turnaround time to resolve network/technical issues has never been this long. I might as well go back to them Seriously considering cancelling with them at this point.
