I subscribed to Rain on a monthly basis, understanding it was a pay-as-you-use service. Despite not using my Rain router for two years, they claim I owe them nearly R3000. My original monthly payment was 699, and now I'm receiving harassing calls demanding payment for a Rain account, even though I never signed a contract with them and was on a pay-as-you-use plan.
