This is a terrible network!

I got a SIM card and it was never connected to the network where there 3G or 4g but rain continued billing me every month. I have contacted their customer service with no luck to solving this issue.I have now logged a cancellation of the service and they’ve indicated that they will bill me again this month, how pathetic is that! This is a terrible network, it is a ****, stay away!
