This has been the worst experience ever

This has been the worst experience ever. Rain support offers the worst service I have ever received. My issue started on the 22nd of October and was not resolved. My calls, during this period, were dropped. I was informed by the service consultants that my matter was escalated but given numerous timelines when I should expect feedback. None of these timelines were met. I eventually had to cancel my account and look forward to never interacting with them again. Terrible.
