This company should be shut down permanently they do not deserve to operate. They ***** Money from people unknowingly to their customers.
Stay away they are no good I prommise you this. They will be nice at first but slowly swallow your money for no good reasons. and when you demand it back.... Good luck You have been warned about rain.

08 Mar 2023, 09:14Not so much What the problem is because I am experiencing no solutions, but rather empty promises made by RAIN Staff as mentioned below. This is a copied letter from my previous communications with rain and the peoples names who promised to solve it is well.... you saw my responses. So how will you be able to resolve this?
''Now that I have provided the proof of payments as requested, am i going to have to wait for another deduction to be ********ly made to my account. as per usual promises are made by this company but they never keep to it. I will be persistent on my request to have my money paid back to me. Funny thing is, this company is happy to take our money ********ly, but when you request them to stop the provided services. They still demand money on a monthly basis and leave your account running and after unsuccessful debit orders, they hand you over to their attorneys to collect unwarranted monies from you with interest. Yes I paid their lawyers with interest requested them to stop but still they continue deducting.
I have provided the proof to Jesse Terblanche and Bradley Pillay and now two weeks passed no word from either of them. I am sure they going to try deducting installment for a service I no longer utilize nor am I interested.
If another deduction is made end of this month I will rope in my lawyers and demand all my monies with interest from them and for layers fees. This is a promise.''
