This company is beyond useless

This company is beyond useless! They have zero customer service whatsoever. I have sent 6 emails, log calls on their online support channel. They have now removed their contact number so you cannot call them. After trying to set up 5g and calling in a specialist the device does not work. I am now desperately trying to get my money back. Please can someone help me!
