Rain debited twice on my bank account and I called them several times,e mailed and even spoke to them via their live chats and they are not willing to refund me,the last consultant even said there is no such thing and I asked if they are able to see and show that I am in arrears how is it that they dont wanna investigate and refund me as I have shown them that they have debited twice from my account an amount of R250.....I hope other people are not experiencing the same problem,theft and **** from Rain.What they did is called *****ing and it's a ******** offence.
