Third time wrongfully billed!!

I’m deeply angry with rain, third month now I’m being wrongfully billed. I call and call but not assisted. They are literally *****ing my money. My standard monthly amount is R625, I’ve never asked or agreed to ANY additional charges but now I’m billed R1000, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I want my money back and for them to stop billing me wrongfully!

Hi Smangele,

Thank you reaching out.

We have rectified your billing and downgraded the speed from 100MBps to 30MBps so the billing would go back to the normal R625.

The current balance due is R225.
