Think Twice

I have been with Rain for a few years and have never had a problem up until the 20th March where my internet slowed down to being inoperable but gave it a few days due to national network issues. Called Support on the 24th of March and they tell me I am nearly double the distance they'd recommend from a tower, funny how their coverage map has my address covered, though and it's never been an issue until now.

Created a support ticket on the 24th and had several promises made to me about how quickly they'll get back to me, and how the manager is going to assist.

I HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE WORD FROM RAIN SINCE I OPENED THE TICKET even though I have followed up nearly daily.

I still do not have internet connectivity and no service delivery from Rain, but you can bet my monthly amount went off my bank account.

Their prices may be enticing, but I'd suggest thinking twice before getting a package with Rain.
