⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Rain

I honestly would not recommend Rain to anyone.

I have been dealing with ongoing issues with Rain for the past two years, and what should have been a simple internet service has turned into a constant headache. For months I have struggled with having little to no internet connection, and August has been the worst yet.

Despite all the problems, I decided to give Rain one last chance. I made another payment last Tuesday for services from 25 August to 25 September, hoping that the issue would finally be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing changed. I still had no reliable internet service.

Yesterday, after spending hours on the phone with customer support and still not receiving a proper resolution, I reached my limit and decided to cancel my services.

What is most frustrating is that I continued paying for a service that I could barely use, while repeatedly having to contact support and explain the same problems. After two years, I expected better service, better communication, and most importantly, a working internet connection.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled and would strongly caution anyone considering Rain to think twice before signing up. Reliable internet is not a luxury when you depend on it for your everyday life and work — it is an essential service.

Two years of problems is more than enough. I am done with Rain.
