Think twice before choosing an internet provider

I've only been struggling with Rain for the 2 months I had it, and then even after canceling.

They did a refund on 3 August (apparently), they sent me the proof of payment... Although that didn't mean anything to me, as after almost a month I still didn't have it. I had a feeling it was reversed or something..

Eventually after telling them 100 times that I want my refund, I eventually received it... Although I'm happy about that.... I can't understand how you can struggle like that with a service provider..

I've been with my new provider for 1.5 months, and it's completely different.. I actually have signal... With rain I never had any signal... Also, Rain was even more expensive than my new internet provider..
