Thieving ex customers
After cancelling my service in July 2022, Rain continues to deduct money from my account. The biggest shame is that this also happened to one of my colleagues, which would make me believe that it is standard practice to do so. Let's hope for a reply and a refund as they are thieving ex customers out of their hard earned money.
