******* - Useless network

I am sorry to swear but this ISP is sh*t, in the afternoon when we need it the most for work purposes, we get speeds of 0.10mbps, we are paying for services we are not getting, they are *****ing from us, there is no connection issues but they throttle the speeds to a point where you can't even receive a simple email. At night, speeds go up to 9mbps yet they claim they do not throttle speeds. We pay money but don't get the service. Is there a way we can upload screenshots to show how we are being ****** by this ISP. We are actually paying them to frustrate us. This is beyond frustration now. F**k, we can't even meet deadlines because of this sh**ty service. We look *********** at work because of this network. ******* and they don't care as long as they can debit our accounts moth-end. Pity we can't Rate them a ZERO.
