******* stole my money!

I requested cancellation on 1 July because I no longer require their services. Apparently they only cancelled the sim card at the end of July and I was debited the full amount. I requested a refund because I didn't use their sim card for the entire month of July but they refused. Firstly, it is ridiculous that it takes them a month to cancel a month to month service. Secondly, I fail to understand why I should pay for a service that I did not use for the entire month of July. Thirdly, their website explicitly states that you will only be billed for the data that you use once you have cancelled their service. And lastly, I was previously refunded when I used their services and requested cancellation. However, they now refuse to refund my hard earned money, with a nonsensical excuse that I'm billed for the open service regardless if I use it or not. This is BAD business practice and POOR customer service and furthermore, THIS IS NOT WHAT THEIR WEBSITE STATES! I am appalled by their TERRIBLE customer service and their blatant refusal to refund my money. I was planning to use their service again once my maternity leave has ended, but Rain will never again receive a cent from me, they have just lost a good customer. Save yourself the trouble and use a more reputable ISP that will offer better service.
