******* running a MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION!!!

Rain are a bunch of *******.. Im still paying for the service after I've cancelled 2 months ago.. it's takes more than 25 minutes to get through to customer service and when you speak to someone they are of no help. I've called multiple times and still have got no feed back from anyone. I can not remove my card details nor can I stop the debt going of my account.. this is becoming rather frustrating.. STOP *****ING MY MONEY... I'd never recommend anyone use your services..Poor internet connection with absolutely no assistance from your staff... cancel my account on your system and give me my money back!!!!!!
