I strongly recommend that you never in your life do any business with RAIN. In December I joined Rained and thought that I will get exceptional benefits and service from them. So far they are the exact opposite of that. Their coverage was so bad that I can't even download one Netflix movie in 24 hours. I then cancelled my subscription in the 7 days cool off and was refunded. On 1 January they debited again. I spoke to their agents whom I asked for an email address to send a written complaint about this nonsense and until today they ignored my request and didn't process the refund. When I am back home on Monday I will open a ***** case against them. I load this complaint with the expectation that someone will assist us.
