*******!!!

I signed up with Rain, the service was poor and the connection was bad, so I cancelled within 7 days and they still haven't refunded me my R479. I tried calling and the person put the phone down in my ear and dropped the call, the customer service says they can't understand why I want a refund, this is unacceptable, a company should keep their word and their policies. I am thoroughly disappointed and now I am missing a week's food money.
