******* and Terrible Service
Worse service I have ever come across. Cancelled within 2 days as their system does not work. Refund department refuses to come back to you. My account has been completely deleted from their system so absolutely no way to get hold of them now (and even if you are logged in, impossible to get hold of anyone there, they know their service is sh*t so they make sure there is no way to get hold of them). So essentially they stole R1000 from me. Stay away from this company, their business thrives on *****ing money from clients as I know Im not the only one with this problem.

10 Oct 2020, 09:40I finally got an update per telephone (so they actually do have phone, funny as they do not have a number to call them). And said refund will happen after 7 to 10 work days. So let's see. Just this call took more than a month to happen.
Some tips Rain, allow clients to contact you, no ways to get hold of you should already be a warning that you do not work above board. Tip 2. When we are able to communicate with you, then communicate. If for instance a refund does take more than a month to start processing, then say so, then at least I would have made the effort to not complain publicly.
So my final complaint it, no proper communication and no ways to contact.
