Purchased rain sim card from Takealot, once arrived, went on to website to activate the services. I was asked to transfer R500 for their services which was done. The following step is to Rica the Simcard, but it keeps popping up with message to use original ID document. They have my money and don't want to refund me. I have emailed them on numerous occasions to refund me, but they are blatantly ignoring all communication from me!!
