ABSOLUTELY USELESS!

I took out a rain contract on a promotion they ran in November. When I received the router, it was faulty, and couldn't connect to the internet at all. Phoned them, someone would call me back to organise a replacement. A month later of phone calls from me that cost me money, and NO ON EVERY calling me back, I phoned again, and cancelled, and wanted the installment they had taken for a service I NEVER COULD USE, with promises that an EFT Refund would be made within 7-10 days! Now, half a month later, I have no refund, and had to change back to my old internet service provider. THESE People are useless, and basically ***** your money and don't provide you with ANYTHING in return!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! It's basically THEFT!!!!
