I have been on a rain 4g for a year changed too 5g over a month ago and still waiting for my sim to be activated. I have made countless calls I have had calls dropped in my ear, I have been **** to constantly but they will never be late *****ing your money no, they debit my account for no reason when I haven't had wifi for over a month and spent hundreds and hundreds of Rands on data and airtime trying to get ahold of someone there who can assist. Rain should fire all their useless staff and get people who actually have morals and work etiquette as well as k pledge on how things should work!!! No one calls back and when they do they drop the call and never bother to follow up! Pathetic service give me my money back!!! I will use a different network who actually cares about their clients!!!
