Checked coverage and it appears i quality for Rain but to my surprise i receieved the sim and never did i have connection the whole of january.i reached out to Rain reporting this matter and all over 6 agents i spoke to confirmed the tower is faulty and that i would be credited for service not used. Agents called and made me move the router all over the yard searching for coverage and they tried diagnosing but eventualy confirmed since the tower is faulty i will get credit back.i was debited twice for jan and feb and till today never did i get my refunds.listen i want all my money taken twice with bank charges refunded.your agents **** clearly which is non of my business as i will be escalating to the ombardsman.whats worse you attempted a 3rd debit yesterdays for a sim ive never used.its either we do this peacefully as all the emails and call records are here with me and surely you have copies too.pay back every single cent taken from my account immediately. I will not wait another day till i get all my monies promised by your agents.its the 3rd month now and you still want to ***** from my account.i am giving you 2 hours to refund me!you are a **** and *****s
