They're policies are flawed and unclear. They charge and debit customers on figures they themselves can't even explain. Everytime they unfairly debit money from your account, in surplus than the actual amount, they will tell you about a technical glith, which keeps on changing the amount figures. They charge people for services they’re not using or don’t provide.
