They Won't cancel my account and keep taking money.
******** ! I canceled my rain subscription on the 9th of November telephoncially, told them to cancel it immediately as I had to wifi for 6 days because their tower was down. Then sent 2 emails telling them to cancel as they still didn't cancel it. They keep taking money off my account and won't refund me even though I have proof that I asked them to cancel. They are money hungry and service is atrocious.
