They were very prompt and friendly to me

They were very prompt and friendly to me. Reported no service since Sunday evening 9pm, yesterday at 9am and given a ref no that the dept concerned will contact me. So by 5pm I called again and I was again sent a ref no but untill now .... nobody contacted me. So the two people who helped me at the call centre was good at understanding and sending the complaint to the dept concerned.... but there it stopped. As I said I have still not had anybody calling me to fix the problem or discuss it with me. Bad, very bad. Pay and then have no service !!
