They try to debit me twice a month.

I requested that my payment be moved to the 15th of the month from the 1st. Now they try to debit me both on the 1st and the 15th of the month. Attempts to get in touch are fruitless. No answer on their phones, no response to DMs, and no call back when one is requested on their website. however, they are very efficient with disconnecting the service, and unwarranted debit orders.
