They took my money, but service not restored
I made a payment through the rainGo app, service was not restored and the app continue to say I need to pay. I contacted them and they say my payment didn't reflect on their system. What happened to the rain we use to love? My money is gone, no service and it seems as if they are not interested in resolving my issue.
