they take your money after you cancelled

You guys been debit from my account and am not longer with your service.

I have also called in and cancel I have also not been connected with you guys since March.

But still you take my money.

I am currently on hold Why do you like to your customers, I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I cannot access my phone during the day as I am writing exams.
