THEY ***** YOUR MONEY & GIVES YOU A SLOW CONNECTION

If there were only a option for 0 Star rating.. I cancelled a service in February.. I still got Billed by March and April for it.. they collected the modem still waiting for refund.. I requested a downgrade on my other package this morning for the 6th time no luck still.. They ***** your money and on top of that I have a terrible slow internet connection WORST ISP EVER rather pay a bit more somewhere else than this **** ISP
