They quick to remind you of early payment but they can't deliver service 😡😡😡
Very bad service from Rain. They even send you reminders to your bill early but they don't deliver service. I reported my Loop router since Friday and Saturday, I was told they will send out someone to come have a look at it but still no one up until now. When I switch on the TV the wifi stops working. How can I continue paying for something I'm not getting joy from. I need my router sorted out ASAP!!!! Would you like to sit for days not able to watch TV? I don't think so. Come on Rain, I've been with you since 2020.

I have been in contact with Rain since Friday and done everything they told us to do but the TV still does not work so they said they will send someone out to come and have a look at the router but no one came up till now. How do you think we must watch TV but I'm paying every month without fail. Come on guys no man!!!!

26 Aug 2026, 18:49So someone called me but I didn't have the details for the guy regarding the smart box. Can they please call me back because the smart box is up to date and now the loop can't even run a speed test.
