They promised to deliver my order within 3 to 5 working days but I'm still waiting
They promised to deliver my order within 3 to 5 working days but I'm still waiting. I placed my order on 5 August Ref ***. Their transport preferred courier CCD couriers did not respond to my complaint.

15 Aug 2023, 11:48I was left with no option but to request a cancelation of my rain order. After two phone calls to them this morning as well as a call to their courier CCD. A complete waste of time

Even cancelling is difficult with this company that provided poor service.
Order was delivered late after all the drama and I thought maybe we can salvage the relationship but I'm unable to connect to their 5g since receiving the device 2 days ago.
Now there is a 48 hour turnaround time on top of the time already wasted.
