They only want your money!

My experience with Rain has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible. I have been trying to update my passport number, but it has been impossible to reach them. Despite sending several emails, I have received no responses. I've called their official number multiple times, and they keep promising to call me back but never do. I'm feeling completely hopeless at this point. I urgently need to update my passport to activate my Rain One. Please help!!!
