THEY NEVER CANCEL YOUR Subscription EVEN WHEN YOU CANT AFFORD

Very useless WiFi service. I requested to cancel their services in mid October 2025 just before my payment date and they promised to come fetch their router , till today (November 30 2025) they still haven’t collected their router. I haven’t been using it however they have been debiting my account. My account is overdue by R1200 meanwhile i requested on time to cancel. This is a **** they’ll keep telling you they will direct you to a billing agent or an agent to assist you but they don’t. And I told them reason I’m cancelling is because I can’t afford it anymore
