They literally switch off my signal every day at night I never have network

I haven’t had signal for a week now been trying to contact rain support with no help seems like they switching off my signal every day at 19:00 while I didn’t sign up for signal that will be switched on and off when ever they feel like I must use they network isn’t rain unlimited this is the 2nd time now doing this to me I’ve been sending emails but no one is willing to contact me back while when it comes to payment date you don’t forget to deduct my money but I never have signal at night
