They keep charging after contact cancellation

They keep charging after contact cancellation. Recently I cancelled my contact and returned their 5G router but despite this they charged me R 699. Bank can't stop those debits as they are coming from visa card and not account. But I'm not going to give up . Will be fighting to get my money back
