Hope you give yourself sometime before responding to me.

Please note that I have had it with Rain Wifi network not working it has happened to me before not having Wifi network for 4 days they put you throw there test turn it off and unplugging stories like you have not tried it before calling them then the next thing you told about a technician will call to help the same process like you have never done it turn of your router story. They get tickets from the towers but never work on it.

today i called again with the same problem again told to turn you router off that story again but today a lady told me to hold after all the ups and downs unfortunately ran out of airtime waited for a call from that lady dololo nothing new. Then cool asked my wife to help out with using her airtime calling Rain again told the guy about the experience he advised that should the call cut they call back guess the is double standards here.

today told the guy i have experienced this before with out any help 4 days off with out any back dating previously and now its for 2 days in this two days i had to make a choice do i do to work use my car or tax option or use a different service provider day one used a different service provider then day two again i used again a different service provide tomorrow i need to go into the office due to my funds has been tempered with can't afford to load Wifi from a different service provider. I understand when its load shedding but after that rain has a problem and when it rains again.

I have had it with Rain and its Wifi problems i am considering using Fiber.
