They have no idea!
I have called and they responded in one minute, took my money, and that's it! PROMISES of a Speedy delivery was promised, well into my second week now and still nothing! They keep saying it's the courier(Ram Couriers) fault, Are they not responsible in its entirety for the delivery and wellbeing of their clients? Please consider your choices carefully before entering any form of business with this company. Secondly, they , as I've found out, don't even have a contact number to contact with such queries! Pathetic, rediculous, unbelievable.

15 Feb 2021, 16:33As of this moment, I still have not received anything! I have however received yet another phone call from RAM courier services, stating that they have only received my package LATE Friday afternoon! Why then, did I receive calls dating back to the 4th, that they have received my package and it is on a vehicle for delivery, someone is not being honest, and that again shows the integrity of the companies we deL with on a daily basis!
Where are the days when "Customer Service" was of paramount importance! Integrity and loyalty eStates the backbone of our society!
Sorry people, looks like both these companies have fallen way short of caring for the customer, money money money, main goal, nothing else!
