They failed two months just to change debit order date and then still went into my bank account for more then once that resulted in me having to pay for unsuccessfull debit orders

They failed two months just to change debit order date and then still went into my bank account for more then once that resulted in me having to pay for unsuccessfull debit orders. Whilst I called them on two occasions asking for my payment date to be changed
