They don't want to cancel my subscription

I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but I haven't received any response from Rain despite contacting them eight times. It's frustrating that they promptly debit my account each month without dealing with my cancellation.

Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well.
It appears that the account hasn't been cancelled yet, and the next debit date is still set for 01 March 2024.

I'm hoping you could assist me with cancelling the service. Unfortunately, my home was vacant, and there was a break-in recently. The ******* took a lot of things, including copper pipes, taps, lights, and even the device that was installed. I would really appreciate your help with this as soon as possible.
