They don't care
Useless pieces of nonsense really. They have been charging me for months for wifi they refused to deliver and I have been complaining for months about it, requesting a refund. Not only have they refused to give my refund but they keep insisting that I am lying about the simcard being delivered and have been continuously billing my account. Today they told me they won't be investigating or doing anything at all about it because they are right and I am wrong. Annoyed is an understatement.

I have told you so many times that I never received a router and I didn't have the wifi because I never received it. You guys are causing me emotional distress now because I had decided to leave the money you have been taking from me because I don't have the energy to fight your carelessness. Your people previously told me they didn't deliver a router and I was using a simcard, which I told them is nonsense because nothing was delivered. And now you are saying something else. You refused to investigate and refused to refund my money and called me a ****. So please just leave me alone. Stop calling me and just leave me alone.
