They don't care

I app**** for a Sim card on the 5th of July. Paid in full the R479. I recieved an email saying I would recieve a parcel in 5 business days. It's been more than a month now. I have logged calls on the website and via email but there has not been any response. The latest case was logged on the 5th Aug with ref ***. I have called Ram and emailed Rain but nothing has changed. I know covid has affected their turn around Time. But I feel like they don't care about their clients.
