They do not know how to follow my instructions for payment. I emphatically stated that under no circumstances do they process any debit orders or banking transactions using my card details. And what do they do? Process a purchase for the monthly subscription. I asked for banking details right at the outset of the conversation so that I could do an eft monthly. The told me to phone in a few days before the 1st of the month to get the eft details but when I did this on the 29/07/24 they told me to phone back the next day and so this went on till yesterday 31/07/24 and the they told me I would receive an email with a payment link today 01/08/24, but before I could even check my email this morning they already processed a payment through my banking account.
