They do not even deserve 1 star!!! Worst service provider ever

We have not had internet for almost 5 days now!! Made the call on Saturday to their customer care centre and it was the most useless exercise!!! The lady told us that there was a tower that’s down and she does not know when it will be up again, what nonsense is that?! Their stupid router flashes the red light on and off, just as we think there is signal there’s no internet!! Such a frustrating thing

I pay my subscription on time in order to not get any inconveniences yet they fail to keep their end of the service??

Rain is by far the most useless service provider in SA and I cannot, will not (ever) recommend it to anybody!! They do not deserve any stars, -5 stars would be more appropriate in their case 🚮🚮
