They didn't offer any help except telling me that there was nothing wrong with my connectivity and it must be related to the loadshedding causing it it's been 24hrs no area in south africa experiences loadshedding for that long... I wish they would be more truthful about what the problem is with their network because it's genuinely frustrating!
