they are quick to sell the wifi to you but to get technical support etc it's useless

they are quick to sell the wifi to you but to get technical support etc it's useless. You send million emails and try phoning but no luck at all.. I have canceled my rain with them but they debit your account twice without authorization and don't stop debiting at all.. their service is poor and the network is beyond terrible
