They are not reliable

This is the 3rd month trying to ask rain to change my debit order date. I requested this for some reason. This time again their debit order couldn't come through because l know there won't be any money in my account until on the date l requested. But they are ignoring. When you call you will stay on the line for more than 30 minutes until the call cuts off. If you request a call back they never call. I wonder if these people go through and read emails
